V8 Hotel Johor Bahru

Literally I was sceptical at first since i booked a smoking room and its on a lower floor,I was thinking the room would be filled with bad odour,but it hit me wrong.I was impressed by the housekeeping staff maintaining the room well for a smokung room.Well done.The front office staff had given a prompt and reliable service.I call the front counter to inform that theres tv connection error but in vain.I hung up and upon my astonishment,counter did a follow up call and i manage to relay my concern.And the best part upon minutes maintenance team attended to it..Well done guise..!!!👏👏👏Have done a good customer service.I will sure be back again for another stay with this awesome service given.

The staff was the nicest staff especially at the lobby counter Ms. Aqilah. I have never encountered a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. Ms. Aqilah waiting for me on late check-in, thanks Ms. Aqilah & team! In the nearby hotel, we can just be walk-in to get MCD, KFC, PIZZA HUT, and DOMINOS! But Malay food difficult to get

Hotel location easy to find but the location in the middle of residential area. Highlight at this hotel is pool because kid can enjoy their time with the pool and supa dupa with this budget firendly price. Thank you

i love the modern design of the room. reaally really nice. and its not expensive. affordable. pool ror the kids. awesome. definitely will come again

The room was very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool area was also very clean. The staff attend to complain efficiently.
